The All American is the most popular cart in America. Without a doubt, you’ve probably seen one at many fairs and on busy street corners. The All American defined the cart industry.

This towable cart is perfect for serving large crowds. Don’t worry about the carts size though – at 250 lbs it is easy to maneuver. The cart is built from a sturdy 18 gauge stainless.
Not only does the cart look good, it comes equipped with 5 streamer pans that allow us to serve huge crowds of people. We can literally have 100 hot dogs steaming at a given time! The steamer pans are fueled by a 17 000 BTU burner and adjustable control knobs, so we can keep your hot dogs juicy and fresh. Quality control is key!
We keep sodas icy cold with the built in ice chest cooler, which holds 200 sodas and ice at one time. Our customers are always pleased with the ease and efficiency with which we can serve them.
We also have pressurized hot and cold running water, plumbed to 4 sinks and 5-gallon fresh water and wastewater tanks on-board to meet all health department criteria for utensil and hand washing.
This is a subject that is paramount to us. Our cart not only has to meet health department standards, but it also has to exceed ours. It is cleaned, polished and freshly stocked before each event. Quality dogs are absolutely our main focus, but who wants to buy their dog from a crappy and dirty hot dog cart...........think about it. If one does not clean their cart, do you think they clean their food and preparation utensils properly?
Our custom lemon sectioner slices each lemon into six slices so we can extract the most juice from the pulp and zest from the peel.
We don't use traditional juicers as they are manually powered, so the amount of juice that's extracted depends on the strength of the operator.
Instead, we utilize a Lemon Smasher that is operated by a small air-powered cylinder that exerts 300 pounds per square inch of pressure on each and every lemon. This means we get a consistent amount of juice and taste with our lemonade products each and every time. We also get something that standard juicers do not. The teeth of our smasher go into the peel of the lemon and thus release its zest, which adds to the flavor and overall taste experience of our product.

We don't use the traditional flimsy plastic cups that most vendors use.
Instead, we pay extra to supply each and every customer with a 32oz disposable food storage cup which has a better thickness and form-fitting lid. We then use a custom straw punch to make a flap in the lid to insert the straw. The biggest benefit is once your cup is placed under the Lemon Sectioner, it is used throughout the entire process to make your lemonade. Unlike most lemonade vendors who mix in one cup and then pour the final product into yet another cup.
Our lemonade vending trailer is equipped to serve up to 600 lemonades without having to replenish our on-board water supply. This allows us to serve at events and festivals where there's long lines and speed of service is critical.
